高层次人才-中国药科大学

中国药科大学地处历史文化名城南京，现有玄武门、江宁2个校区，占地近2200亩，是一所教育部直属、国家首批“双一流”建设高校。自1936年建校以来，经过80多年的发展，中国药科大学已成为一所拥有一流药学类相关专业和创新平台，具备完备的药学学科体系并在药学界享有盛誉的药学类高校之一。

学校师资力量雄厚，荟萃着众多知名的药学专家。现有在职教职工1600余人，其中专任教师978人。专任教师中具有博士、硕士学位人员占91%；具有正高级专业技术职务170人，副高级专业技术职务318人；博士生导师209人，硕士生导师424人。现有德国科学院院士1人、中国工程院院士1人、“长江学者”7人、“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者6人、 “万人计划”6人。

学校下辖13个院部系，25个本科专业。现有药学、中药学、生物学3个一级学科博士点，23个二级学科博士点；5个一级学科硕士点，36个二级学科硕士点。设有药学、中药学2个博士后流动站，可在23个专业接收博士后人员。药学一级学科为国家一级重点学科，在全国第四轮学科评估中位列第一档（A+），所覆盖的药物化学、药剂学、生药学、药物分析学、微生物与生化药学、药理学等6个二级学科均为国家重点学科；中药学一级学科为江苏省国家一级重点学科培育建设点，其中中药化学二级学科为国家中医药管理局重点学科。药学、中药学、药物生物技术与生物制药3个学科获“江苏高校优势学科建设工程”立项建设。在教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心组织的全国学科评估中，药学、中药学学科水平始终名列前茅。药理学与毒理学、化学、临床医学及生物与生物化学4个学科领域的ESI排名进入全球前1%，其中药理学与毒理学的ESI排名进入全球前1‰，位居国内高校之首。

学校科学研究立足国际前沿，充分发挥药学、中药学学科齐全的优势，通过学科群建设，促进学科的交叉、渗透，显著提高了科技创新能力。学校现有“天然药物活性组分与药效”国家重点实验室，已建成临床前创新药物研发各节点相关的国家和省部级重点实验室、技术平台、工程技术中心30个，建有“药物科学研究院”，整体推进学校新药的研发工作，为各类新药的研发提供全方位服务。

Brief Introduction of China Pharmaceutical University

China Pharmaceutical University (CPU), situated in the historical and cultural city of Nanjing, is one of the “211 project” key universities affiliated to the Ministry of Education of China. It has been known for its long history and its leadership role in China’s pharmaceutical academic field. The University was founded in 1936 as China’s first independent four-year National College of Pharmacy.

The University provides a wide variety of disciplines including Sciences, Medicine, Engineering, Economics, Management, Arts and Law. The first-level discipline of Pharmacy was enlisted as National Key Discipline. In 2018’s ESI statistics, our pharmacology and toxicology ranked the world’s top 1‰, chemistry, clinical pharmacy and Biology & Biochemistry programs ranked the world’s top 1%.
